Born in 2018 with a vision of taking on the bottled water industry by providing beautiful hydration products that don't harm the environment. Water filtration is key to overcoming the growth of bottled water, but our industry has its own environmental problems with millions of plastic cartridges going to landfill each year.

We are here to provide a solution to an ever-increasing single-use plastic problem. In the pursuit of clean and tasty water, millions of filter cartridges end up in landfills each year. In 2019, we decided to put an end to that by creating the first refillable filter cartridge. Transform your standard tap water into beautifully clean water, guilt-free.

The Phox V2 allows you to choose the refill pack that best fits your needs. The Alkaline Pack offers the benefits of magnesium-enriched hydration, while the Clean Pack removes contaminants like copper, chlorine, lead, and improves taste and smell. The Softener Pack is designed for very hard water areas.

We decided to make a refillable and reusable cartridge, where only the granules inside need to be replaced. This ensures quality by producing within 50 miles of our UK headquarters. The refills are mailbox-friendly, as we only have to send the filtration granules. The Phox App also sends you notifications when it's time to change your filter.

Each filter refill is designed to last 40 gallons or 30 days, whichever comes first. The Phox V2 has a glass jar and weighs 3.7 lbs (without water). It may not fit in the fridge door, but our Phox Wave model was designed for this purpose.

The Phox V2 comes with a 30-day refill pack of your choice included. It is a sustainable solution, as millions of filter cartridges go to landfill every year. Our refillable cartridge helps stop plastic waste. The water is also alkaline, with added magnesium for better hydration backed by science. The filter removes lead, copper, nickel, chlorine, and improves taste and smell.
